Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anteiku ("Anteiku", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Anteiku on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Description of Anteiku
Anteiku is an AI-powered invoice intelligence and operations platform for restaurants and cafés. The service helps operators upload and process supplier invoices, track product costs, manage daily stock and waste, and review operational and cost insights across one or more locations.
Anteiku is a software tool for recording and reviewing operational data. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, audit, or financial advisory services, and does not replace qualified professional advice.
Features may change over time as we improve the product. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Use Anteiku only for lawful business purposes.
- Ensure uploaded invoices and data you submit do not violate third-party rights.
- Maintain appropriate internal controls over who can access your workspace.
- Review AI-generated outputs before relying on them for financial decisions.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@anteiku.live if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect the service or other users.
Subscription billing
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Taxes may apply depending on your location. Paddle, as merchant of record, may collect and remit applicable VAT or sales tax where required.
Paddle as payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which act as merchant of record for subscription transactions. When you subscribe, you enter into a checkout relationship with Paddle for payment processing, invoicing, and tax handling.
Paddle's terms and privacy practices apply to checkout and payment management. Subscription management, invoices, and payment method updates may be handled through Paddle's customer portal.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your workspace data. See our Refund Policy for details on charges and refunds.
Service availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to Anteiku, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. Access may be suspended or limited for maintenance, updates, security incidents, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Planned or unplanned downtime does not entitle you to a credit or refund except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Anteiku and its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the business data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, benchmark, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of Anteiku, nor use the Service to build or train a competing product or service.
AI-generated insights disclaimer
Anteiku uses automated and AI-assisted processing to extract invoice data and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing, accounting, taxation, pricing, inventory, or other business decisions. Anteiku does not warrant that recommendations, extractions, forecasts, or summaries are correct, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
Anteiku is an operational tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and compliance obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anteiku and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including without limitation:
- loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- loss of data or cost of recovering data;
- loss of business, contracts, or opportunities;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- business interruption or downtime; or
- any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (or Paddle on our behalf) in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You may stop using Anteiku at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Anteiku's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence.
Disputes should first be raised with us at support@anteiku.live. We will attempt to resolve concerns in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.
