Everything your team needs on the floor and in the back office.

Anteiku is one workspace for daily operations, owner oversight, and accountant-ready exports — with a mobile flow your baristas will actually use.

Floor mode

A phone-first shift screen for baristas — tap a product to log waste in one second, with undo and install-to-home-screen support.

Mobile PWA

Multi-location workspaces

Run several sites from one business. Switch the active location from the dashboard, floor mode, or mobile menu — stock and waste stay site-specific.

1–10 locations

Daily stock reconciliation

Opening and closing counts tied to your menu, with usage, variance, and waste rolled into one daily rhythm managers can trust.

Daily operations

Reports & spreadsheet exports

Generate waste summaries and export clean CSV files for accountants — properly quoted values that open correctly in Excel and Sheets.

Export ready

Insights & recommendations

See which products drive the most loss and get weekly savings opportunities based on your real waste patterns.

Margin intelligence

Team & workspace settings

Invite staff by email, assign roles, add locations, and keep each site’s data separated without spinning up a new account.

Owner tools

Margin leaks hide across sites, shifts, and supplier prices.

Most cafés track tills but not what leaves the shelf — through waste, miscounts, or rising costs. Anteiku ties every site and shift together in euros.

01

No daily stock rhythm

Opening and closing counts stay in heads or notebooks. Anteiku ties them to your menu in minutes.

02

Waste and costs stay vague

See waste, usage, and supplier price changes in euros — not guesswork at month-end.

03

Insights never ship

Get recommendations with estimated savings, plus exports your accountant can use.

Floor logging, stock counts, imports, and insights — one calm workspace.

Owners get margin intelligence. Staff get a fast mobile flow. Accountants get clean exports.

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need a full inventory system?

No. Anteiku focuses on daily opening/closing counts on your menu items — accountant-style, not warehouse-scale stock control.

How long does it take to get started?

Add your core products and costs in a few minutes. You can record your first waste log the same day.

Can my team log waste too?

Yes. Invite staff by email in Settings. They can use Floor mode on their phone for one-tap logging, while managers keep the full dashboard for stock and exports.

Can I run more than one café?

Yes. Add locations in Settings, then switch the active site from the workspace bar, mobile menu, or Floor mode. Waste and daily stock stay scoped to the selected location.

What is Floor mode?

A stripped-down mobile screen for on-shift staff. Install it to the home screen, pick your location, and tap products to log waste instantly — with undo for accidental taps.

How do you calculate waste cost?

Each waste log multiplies the quantity you enter by the unit cost on your menu (ingredient or prep cost, not selling price). That cost is snapshotted when you save, so reports stay accurate even if you change prices later. Daily charts group logs by local calendar day.

How do you calculate carbon (CO₂e) from waste?

We estimate embodied greenhouse gases in wasted food: quantity × grams CO₂e per menu unit. New products get EU food-category benchmarks (Agribalyse / PEF-style averages). You can override factors on each product and mark them as manual, supplier, or verified. Throwing food away does not save CO₂ — it counts carbon already spent growing, processing, and delivering that food. You only reduce this number by wasting less.

Is this ready for EU green-claims rules (EmpCo)?

Anteiku tracks and documents methodology so you can prepare for the Empowering Consumers Directive (EU 2024/825), in force from 27 September 2026. Benchmarks are fine for internal tracking; customer-facing carbon labels need verified or supplier-backed data. The Carbon compliance hub in the dashboard shows your readiness checklist.

What are the driving and phone-charge equivalencies?

They are simple illustrations to help teams understand scale — for example ~120 g CO₂e per passenger-km and ~8 g CO₂e per smartphone charge. They are not regulatory conversions and should not be published as formal claims without your own substantiation.
